Dr Rina De Klerk-Weyer is regarded as one of South-Africa's foremost experts on Emotional Intelligence. She has researched it extensively both locally and abroad. She has years of experience in Learning and development programs in a wide variety of companies, schools etc. egg Afrika Tikkun, Absa, Omnia, FNB De Beers, Carrus, Emid, Goldfields, Oracle, Multimed, PPS, Impilo, Kelloggs, Indwe, Ernst and Young, Behr, Rand Water, Nestle, Visa, Kumba-Resources, Bankserv, Hot-dogz, Pristine financial services, Standard Bank, NG church ministers, Theunlimited .

Co-author (with Dr. Ronel le Roux), of six books published by Human and Rousseau:

• External examinator for both Masters Degree and Ph.D. students (UFS University)

• Delivered papers at National and International conferences.

• Winner of an International award for the Best Educational Program in a newspaper, in the world in 2003, with the Kelloggs- Star in you program. (Sunday Times). Program presented in more than 1500 schools in S.A.

She has published numerous articles and presented the topic on both radio and television.
